فیزیوتراپی در منزل مشهد2

هر کدام از این اختلالات از عملکرد نادرست مجموعه کف لگن ناشی می شود و باعث تغییر در شیوه زندگی افراد می شود و افراد را با استرس، اضطراب و مشکلات در روابط بین فردی و اجتماعی رو به رو می کند. روش های الکتروتراپی، بیوفیدبک و تمرین درمانی از متد های اولیه برای درمان این اختلالات هستند. روش الکتروتراپی توسط فیزیوتراپیست برای تقویت عضلات و یا رفع اسپاسم این عضلات انجام می شود. دستگاه بیوفیدبک می تواند میزان فعالیت عضلات کف لگن را نشان دهد و از این روش برای بهبود اختلالات کف لگن استفاده می شود که به تدریج فرد کنترل عضلات بدن خود را به طور کاملا ارادی به دست می آورد.
